Anything but gumbo and lots of alligator!

Approximately 50 teams will cook anything BUT gumbo during lunchtime on Saturday.

Selections often include jambalaya, corn and crab bisque, fried fish, red beans and rice, funnel cakes and other desserts.

The general public purchases tickets for food sampling and for cold drinks, cold beer and mixed drinks. Prizes vary.
