As Vice-President of Operations Kelly is responsible for maintaining financial and legal documents, and coordinating the accounting processes. She handles registrations for all Chamber functions, and is responsible for managing and implementing a wide-range of Chamber activities including ribbon cuttings, Business After Hours, and Eggs and Issues events. She is instrumental in the implementation of the Chamber's annual banquet, Chamber fundraisers, and the annual Leadership Iberia program.
Kelly grew up in Kentucky and Oklahoma. Her family is retired U.S. Navy. Kelly joined the Chamber staff in 2009, bringing strong organizational skills and talents to the Chamber from her vast experiences with various other organizations and institutions, including the U.S. Department of Defense.
